Voluntary Recall Notice and Apology Regarding "Additive-Free Soap Shampoo Rinse"

Shabon Yusaki Co., Ltd. has decided to voluntarily recall certain batches of its manufactured and sold product, "Additive-Free Soap Shampoo Rinse," after fragrance components were detected in fragrance-free products.

While our company primarily manufactures this product at our own factory, we have recently outsourced part of production to external manufacturing facilities due to increased demand. This incident involved products manufactured at one of these external facilities, where fragrance components were detected. We currently believe that the components were transferred during temporary storage. Taking this matter very seriously, we have decided to voluntarily recall all batches produced at this facility. The detected components are fragrance ingredients commonly used in cosmetics.

We sincerely apologize to our customers and all concerned parties for the significant inconvenience caused by this incident. We are committed to further strengthening safety assurance and quality control measures going forward.
