The Ichimura Seishin Technology Foundation (Location: 1-26-10 Kitamagome, Ota-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Taka Nakamura) will hold a limited-time "2026 Spring Public Opening" at its "Botanical Research Garden" in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The natural garden, usually not open to the public, will be freely accessible to visitors, showcasing rare plants and landscapes that utilize natural terrain. Originating from the villa "Sei-ei-so" of Kiyoshi Ichimura and his wife Sachie, founders of the Ricoh San-Ai Group, this research garden has been developed as a "natural garden of approximately 12,270 square meters (less than two soccer fields)" utilizing natural streams and sloped terrain. The natural environment along the gentle southeastern slope is preserved, serving as a place for research and conservation where plants of each season can be enjoyed. During the spring opening period, cherry blossoms, Japanese azaleas, and other spring flowers will be in full bloom, and it will be the season to see buds of the endangered species (Ministry of the Environment Red List) *Kumagai-so*. Visitors can enjoy these along with the natural streams and forest scenery.
