Overview of the Tenant Survey <Target> Residents of LEGALAND properties owned or managed by the Company

<Implementation Period> Surveys will be sent to each resident sequentially starting March 16, 2026

<Main Survey Content> - Move-in survey (awareness channels, reasons for selection) - Resident survey (appeal and challenges felt while living there) - Move-out survey (reasons for moving out, etc.)
