Resident Survey Launched for Designer Rental Apartment Series 'LEGALAND': Further Evolving Product Planning and Management Based on Residents' Voices

This survey is an initiative aimed at continuously collecting the voices of residents living in LEGALAND and utilizing them to improve future product planning, building/service management, and leasing measures. ### ■ An Initiative Unique to LeTech, Handling Everything "End-to-End" from Development to Management The Company has been expanding the designer rental apartment series "LEGALAND" by leveraging its strong system that handles everything end-to-end: from apartment planning and development to entrusted management after sale. In this survey, we will collect real voices from residents regarding: - How they learned about LEGALAND - The deciding factors for moving in - The appeal and areas for improvement felt while actually living there - Reasons for moving out (for those vacating) We sincerely listen to these voices and will continue to improve and evolve to remain a "chosen rental apartment." By analyzing these opinions, we will utilize them to improve decisions from initial development planning and design to post-sale operational management, strengthening our core competencies of planning and operational capabilities. ### ■ Resident Survey Overview Residents of LEGALAND properties owned or managed by the Company Surveys will be sent sequentially to each resident starting March 16, 2026

- Move-in survey (Discovery channel, reasons for selection) - Resident survey (Appeals and issues felt while living there) - Move-out survey (Reasons for vacating, etc.) Responses via Web form *For certain surveys, an Amazon gift card (3,000 yen) will be presented as a token of gratitude. ### ■ Further Enhancing Planning and Operational Capabilities Starting from Residents' Voices In addition to this survey initiative, the Company has also begun delving deeper into residents' voices through interviews.
