SEVENRICH Group (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Shunsuke Hattori), which supports business growth from every angle, is pleased to announce that it has signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on Startup Support" with Hokuyo Bank, Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Hirotsune Tsuyama) on March 27, 2026.

Background and Purpose of the Agreement

With a mission to "support business growth from every angle," the SEVENRICH Group has supported approximately 1,500 companies and business owners, primarily startups. Starting with accounting and financial support, the group has expanded its services in recent years to include BPO operations focused on marketing, recruitment support, and back-office services, building a robust system to support its clients.

Meanwhile, in Hokkaido, expectations for startups as a driving force for creating new industries and jobs are rising. In addition to fostering startups originating within the prefecture, there is growing attention on "regional revitalization through open innovation between non-Hokkaido startups and local companies," addressing the current issue of over-concentration in Tokyo.

Against this backdrop, the primary purpose of this agreement is to create new touchpoints with non-Hokkaido startups and expand investment and financing opportunities for promising startups that contribute to the revitalization of the Hokkaido economy.

Leveraging the strengths of both companies, we will provide hands-on support for the diverse challenges faced by startups and companies within Hokkaido, going beyond mere financing, including the following:

(1) Collaborative support for startups, including financing.

(2) Collaborative support for BPO services for startups and companies within Hokkaido.

(3) Collaborative support for DX (Digital Transformation) services for startups and companies within Hokkaido.

(4) Other matters related to achieving the objectives of this partnership.
