Empowering AI changes the way people work in Japan.

ServiceNow Japan G.K. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masatoshi Suzuki; hereinafter “ServiceNow Japan”) announced today that it will begin airing a new TV commercial titled “AI that empowers people.” starring actor Takao Osawa, starting May 11, 2026 (Monday) in the Kanto area.

Many business professionals in Japan are currently overwhelmed by complex daily tasks, leaving insufficient time for creative and strategic work. The ServiceNow AI Platform distinguishes itself from AI that merely suggests solutions by autonomously executing operations across all departments, including IT and customer service. By having AI collaborate with other departments as a new “employee” and handle complex processes, it creates an environment where each employee can concentrate on their core work, realizing a workplace where “people thrive.”

ServiceNow Japan has appointed Takao Osawa as a symbol of a transformational leader who builds an environment where employees thrive through the introduction of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Osawa’s intelligent and calm demeanor, combined with his powerful leadership that pioneers the future, aligns with ServiceNow’s vision of promoting AI-driven business transformation and creating a richer way of working beyond that. In the commercial, Osawa appears as a leader who transforms the workplace into an environment where employees can demonstrate their true value by utilizing ServiceNow’s AI platform.
