Customedia's "Platform Marugoto Service" Selected for Japan Productivity Center's "Japan Service Innovation 2025"

Customedia Inc. (Head Office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President: Koji Miyazaki, hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") is pleased to announce that its platform development service, "Platform Marugoto Service," which fully supports new business development, was selected on March 25th by the Service Productivity Council of the Japan Productivity Center (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Kazutaka Maeda) as part of "Japan Service Innovation 2025."

About "Japan Service Innovation 2025"
"Japan Service Innovation" is an initiative organized by the Service Productivity Council (SPRING) of the Japan Productivity Center, which selects and announces leading examples of excellent service innovation to contribute to the improvement of productivity in the service industry. Excellent initiatives are compiled from a diverse range of cases obtained through initiatives such as the Japan Service Award and the Japan Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey.
