Background and Highlights of Participation

With declining labor populations and rapid DX advancement, cultivating and securing IT talent has become a top priority for local governments and enterprises. In recent years, there has been a growing trend of hiring new engineers who are both inexperienced and from the Z-generation, making traditional training methods less effective.

To support companies and local governments in the Hokkaido region in addressing these training challenges, SE Plus has decided to participate in 'IT & Information Systems DXPO Sapporo '26.'

At the SE Plus booth, we will introduce four online training services, including 'PLUS DOJO,' an online IT training program accessible from anywhere in Japan, covering everything from company-wide IT literacy improvement to certification preparation.

With increasing numbers of inexperienced Z-generation engineers being hired, are traditional onboarding methods becoming less effective? This seminar will share proven systems from 'PLUS DOJO,' a training program that brings together new engineers nationwide, to effectively foster the growth of Z-generation talent.

Four IT Training Services Introduced at the Booth (Booth No.: 8-12)

At the booth, we will propose optimal training plans tailored to various educational challenges such as developing new hires into immediate contributors, enhancing company-wide IT skills, and certification preparation.

(1) IT Subscription Training 'SE College'

(3) 'Dokushu Seminar' Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Course

An e-learning program for the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination, used annually by over 150 companies. By utilizing the Subject A exemption system, employees are exempt from Subject A exams for one year, significantly improving pass rates.

(4) IT Literacy Video Service 'LITERA-IT'

A subscription-based training service offering unlimited access to videos for improving IT and PC literacy. Over 200 bite-sized 5–10 minute videos allow employees to learn effortlessly during spare moments, enabling rapid setup of company-wide IT training environments.
