Thoughts put into April Dream April Dream is a project where "companies announce the dreams they want to realize on April 1st."
Our dream is: "To realize a society that creates new value from all over Japan and its river basins by transforming regional issues into 'learning' and 'co-creation'."
Challenges faced by various regions in Japan, such as population decline, shortage of workers, and stagnation in disseminating regional attractiveness, are becoming more complex.
However, at the same time, they are the "best teaching materials" for the growth of next-generation human resources.
We aim to transform regional issues from "problems to be solved" into "fields to challenge, learn, and create value."
Launch of two core businesses
① Yasanago Broadcasting Station (Regional Co-creation Media) This is a co-creation media that connects local people, companies, administration, and students, and "talks about the region with a gentle gaze," co-created with PAQLA Co., Ltd. (CEO: Miha Kozuka https://paqla.co.jp/).
Instead of traditional one-way information dissemination, - Local residents - Students - Companies - Administration unite to disseminate and share the attractiveness and issues of the region, creating opportunities for new co-creation.
② Blockation® (Experiential Human Resource Development Program) An educational program that "visualizes" regional issues and co-creates solutions through participatory workshops using blocks and dialogue.
