The keynote speeches will feature Mr. Hideo Ichise, CDO and Director of the Smart City Strategy Department of Osaka Prefecture (Osaka), and representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Regional DX Promotion Office (Online/Tokyo). They will provide insights directly applicable to the field, ranging from national policy trends to local government implementation examples.
