Sendenkaigi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomoya Takahashi), a specialized publisher for advertising and marketing, and Koto City, Tokyo, have held the award ceremony for the "Koto City Message & Movie Award," known as "KMA," and announced the winning entries.

This award was established to widely promote the appeal of Koto City and increase the number of "Koto City fans" by soliciting messages and videos of 60 seconds or less that convey the city's charm.

Numerous entries were received from across the country, totaling 6,091 submissions for the Message category and 114 for the Movie category. Following a rigorous judging process by professional copywriters, CM planners, and guest judges, one Grand Prix winner was selected for the Message category, and a total of eight works, including the Grand Prix, were selected for the Movie category.

At the award ceremony, the appeal of Koto City, captured from diverse perspectives—including daily scenery, human activities, and glimpses into history and the future—was showcased, creating a great deal of excitement at the venue. Guest judge Hiroko Ogura, a freelance announcer and Koto City native, commented, "It made me realize once again what a wonderful city I was born and raised in!" The event served as an opportunity for participants to rediscover the charm and pride they feel for Koto City.

The winning works will be used in various promotional initiatives for Koto City and will be released sequentially on the official website and social media platforms.

By leveraging the diverse works created through this award, we will continue to communicate the new appeal of Koto City and foster new fans.
