On the other hand, Grace has operated "Ecoriku" ( https://ecoriku.jp/ ), a recruitment service specializing in the environmental field for 30 years, and has built a network of "green talent" with advanced expertise.

In recent years, securing specialized human resources has become an urgent issue for companies promoting GX. Through this organizational integration, we will fully fuse the recruitment know-how and environmental expertise of both companies to accelerate decision-making and enhance our services.
