As a "Global Community Company," SemiLattice boasts a network of approximately 3,800 Japanese residents in 54 countries worldwide, enabling the formation of teams that can leverage local culture, trend sensibilities, and connections in target markets. Furthermore, its members possess diverse expertise, including backgrounds in advertising/PR agencies, newspaper journalism, and travel agencies, allowing for the assignment of optimal members to each project by combining local insights and skills.
Namiya, the collaborating marketing company, specializes in strategic design for product and service positioning and messaging to ensure market acceptance. It will be responsible for designing strategies to adapt SemiLattice members' knowledge and connections to local conditions.
As the first initiative, a business for sourcing and selling Japanese matcha will commence in London, UK, where Representative Kamata also resides. Through wholesale distribution to multiple cafes and restaurants in central London, the expansion of Japanese matcha in the local market is being fully initiated.
