Speaker Hiroaki Matsuki After graduating from university and working as an SV in a listed retail company, he joined Selection and Variation Co., Ltd. He has extensive experience in designing HR systems for various industries regardless of company size. Beyond building HR systems, he possesses abundant knowledge and expertise in employee engagement surveys and continuously conducts organizational diagnostics for external companies. He is also involved in various training programs for organizational growth.
