Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Futoshi Shimizu) has formulated its medium-term management plan, 'Accelerate 2028,' as the crucial third phase toward realizing its long-term vision, 'Vision 2030.'

### Path Toward 'Vision 2030'

In the previous medium-term plan, 'Drive 2.0,' the company executed strategic investments for future growth while expanding sustainability-contributing products and fostering a culture of employee challenge, aiming to balance a sustainable society with the group’s sustainable growth.

In this new plan, covering the three-year period from FY2026 to FY2028, the company will implement aggressive ESG management through the dual approach of 'Business Strategy' and 'Foundation Strengthening.' It aims to shift toward 'accelerating growth through results' while continuing development efforts. This includes the certain launch and expansion of new businesses such as the film-type perovskite solar cell business, expanding growth drivers through strategic investment, and further expanding sustainability-contributing products based on strategic area maps.
