Due to the ongoing instability in the Middle East, the procurement environment for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene raw materials continues to deteriorate, and prices are soaring further. In response to this situation, in order to maintain the procurement of raw materials and the continuous supply of our products, we have unavoidably decided to revise our sales prices as follows.

1. Implementation Date of Price Increase: For shipments starting Monday, June 1, 2026

2. Target Products and Price Increase Margins

<PVC Related Products> - PVC Pipes: 12% or more - PVC Fittings, Catch Basins, and related products: 6% or more

<Polyethylene Related Products> - Polyethylene Pipes: 10% or more * Target fields: Water supply/drainage, waterworks, sewerage, agricultural water, gas, electric power/telecommunications, building equipment, and plant fields
