Due to instability in the Middle East, the procurement environment for vinyl chloride and polyethylene raw materials derived from oil and naphtha has rapidly deteriorated, and their prices have surged. While we have diligently promoted cost reduction and business efficiency improvements, this situation has far exceeded the limits of our self-help efforts, and we have decided to implement price revisions as detailed below.

We will continue to strive for stable supply and cost countermeasures, and we kindly ask for your understanding of the circumstances.

1. Effective Date of Price Increase: From shipments on Thursday, May 7, 2026

2. Target Products and Price Increase Margins

　　・Vinyl chloride pipes and related products: 12% or more

　　・Vinyl chloride fittings, manholes, and related products: 6% or more

　　・Valves and related products: 10% or more

　　・Polyethylene pipes: 20% or more

　　・Polyethylene fittings and related products: 5% or more

　　・Cross-linked polyethylene pipes: 15% or more

　*Targeted fields: Water supply and drainage, waterworks, sewerage, agricultural water, gas, power and telecommunications, building equipment, plant sectors
