"Potion, Save My Life" is a fantasy novel by Akira Iwafune that began serialization on the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Naro" in 2014. Set in an alternate world with beastmen, elves, and dragons, it depicts the struggles of Kaede, an ordinary high school girl who gets lost in an unfamiliar alleyway. Armed with a mysterious book that allows her to create potions simply by chanting "Generate," she strives to survive while hoping to one day return to Japan. With numerous media mix developments, including book serialization by Hero Bunko, a comic adaptation, and a TV anime adaptation in 2025, the series has surpassed 300,000 copies in cumulative circulation and is loved by many fans as a popular isekai fantasy work.
