Furthermore, based on the results of this survey and the practical achievements in schools that have already adopted the program, we will strengthen the provision system of our generative AI utilization teacher training program and fully commence accepting applications from high schools and boards of education nationwide.

From the results of this survey, it has become clear that many high school teachers wish to streamline not only "simple administrative tasks" but also analog manual work in the "preparation process" for subject instruction and career guidance.
01. Three tasks related to "subject instruction" rank high in burden
More than half of teachers feel burdened by "exam creation" and "instructional planning," which are central to classwork, highlighting the need to secure more time for creative curriculum research through digitalization.
02. Factors of burden are "workload" and "mental exhaustion"
When investigating the specific reasons for feeling burdened by work, the results showed that in addition to the high physical "workload," "mental exhaustion" due to thinking and consideration ranked high.
03. The purpose of DX is "strengthening student companionship" and "improving education quality"
Many positive aspirations were received, such as wanting to create time to engage with each student individually and to improve the quality of lesson preparation.

What emerged from this survey is that the role of DX (Digital Transformation) in the educational field is not merely limited to "task omission." Reducing administrative and repetitive processes through technology is an indispensable means for teachers to reallocate their expertise and time to the essential tasks of education, such as "curriculum research" and "student companionship," which they are originally meant to undertake.
