This fair was planned with the desire to deliver excitement and surprise to local customers through products supervised by Sugakiya, which is also known as the soul food of Tokai.
The product lineup includes a total of 9 items, such as ramen filled with Sugakiya's commitment, onigiri inspired by the classic side dish "Gomoku Gohan," and sweets inspired by the popular dessert "Cream Zenzai."

Sugakiya was founded in 1946 as a dessert shop in Sakae, Nagoya. Later, ramen was added to the menu, and as a "dessert and ramen shop," it faithfully responded to people's desire to eat during the post-war food shortage.
