Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Tomohiro Akutsu) will sequentially launch the new product "On-tama Bibimbap (Mochimugi)" from the "Tabisuru CAFÉ BOX" series, a new style of bento box, at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide starting July 7 (Tue).

The "Tabisuru CAFÉ BOX" series, which is gaining attention for allowing customers to enjoy a small 'trip vibe' amidst their busy daily lives, will now feature "Bibimbap." This is a satisfying dish that offers an authentic taste using "Chuncheon Gochujang" from Korea, and a delightful chewy texture from "mochimugi" mixed with the rice, which is also good for health-conscious individuals.

Furthermore, by adopting a box container similar to those used in food trucks and cafes, customers can enjoy the rich aroma and the visually appealing colorful arrangement of ingredients before eating, simply by opening the lid.

Authentic Bibimbap with Rich Umami and Flavor Appears

The key to the flavor, gochujang, is made from gochujang produced in Chuncheon, famous as a gochujang producing region in Korea. It is characterized by its deep umami and rich flavor within its spiciness.
