Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomohiro Akutsu) will release "Seven Premium Tororo Kombu and Plum Udon" sequentially at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide starting June 9 (Tuesday).

Following the SNS-popular "Okra and Mekabu Dashi Udon," a new udon featuring a refreshing taste with tororo kombu and plum as the stars will be introduced. While healthy at 218kcal per serving, it combines the supple texture of non-fried noodles with the umami of tororo kombu, the acidity of crunchy plum, and the texture of stalk seaweed, creating a dish that can be enjoyed to the last bite.
