'Haidilao Tomato Mala Soup Harusame' is a cup that highlights the rich umami and aroma of tomatoes. It combines the richness of tomatoes with a sense of spice, resulting in an authentic taste that never gets boring until the end.

'Haidilao Beef Bone Mala Soup Harusame' allows you to enjoy a deep flavor reminiscent of the restaurant, with a mala beef bone soup that features the umami of beef bones and the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper, plus three types of additional seasonings including vinegar and spicy sauce.

Amid the growing popularity of Chinese cuisine in recent years, the need to easily enjoy authentic overseas gourmet food is also expanding. A harusame soup with an addictive flavor combining 'Mala' and 'Tomato Sauce', popular at Haidilao, is here. The biggest feature is the rich soup using 60g of thick tomato sauce. Furthermore, we focused on the hearty texture by using 42g of extra-thick harusame noodles. The rich soup clings well to the chewy harusame noodles, and the umami of tomatoes and the aroma of spices spread from the first bite. While maintaining the convenience of soup harusame, we have created a satisfying cup.

This is an authentic cup combining a mala soup with the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper and the spiciness of chili peppers, with a flavorful soup made by slowly simmering beef bones. By including three types of additional seasonings – vinegar, spicy sauce, and powdered seasoning – we have recreated the profound deliciousness you would experience at the restaurant. A feature is that you can adjust the flavor to your preference, such as refreshing the aftertaste with vinegar or increasing the kick with spicy sauce.
