"Nebaristar" is a variety of yam created by cross-breeding nagaimo and yamatoimo. It is a specialty product of Ikeda Town, Hokkaido, combining the crisp texture of nagaimo with the strong stickiness and rich flavor of yamatoimo. This product features "sticky" ingredients like "Nebaristar" and okra, along with wakame seaweed, tuna, tomato, and cabbage. Enjoy these ingredients with a spicy Chinese dressing, making it a perfect item for the coming warm season.
