Nakajima Ramo's essay, still beloved by many readers, is coming out in a highly anticipated new edition.
During his years as a salaryman, it became painful to go to work. One day, while heading to a client, he could no longer walk. From this experience, his struggle and co-existence with bipolar disorder began.
In this essay, he writes in his distinctive style about psychiatric visits, how he coped with medication, and how he balanced treatment with everyday life and work. It is not merely a story of suffering; it is an essay that can even evoke a faint smile at his struggle, while letting out a strong sense of will to keep living.
As a special bonus for readers, the book includes, for the first time, the interview audio of Nakajima Ramo recorded during the editorial discussions about this book.
