We endorse April Dream, an initiative to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams.
In this press release, we will talk about the dream of "Childcare Sentai Pumpkin Rangers"!

[Our Dream is...]
We, the Childcare Sentai Pumpkin Rangers, are active daily with the mission of "bringing smiles to all children."
And the dream we aim for is—
**To become "true heroes who protect the peace of children."**
Heroes are special to children. We believe that promises made with heroes deeply resonate with children's hearts and lead to action.
We want to not only bring smiles to children but also protect their safety and future by conveying essential daily lessons such as "traffic rules," "evacuation during disasters," and "how to interact with friends" in a fun and easy-to-understand way.
As part of this initiative, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, we collaborated with the Yoyogi Police Station to hold a traffic safety class. Many children participated on the day, and the venue was filled with smiles and energy.

The Pumpkin Rangers are expanding their activities more and more.
We will continue to disseminate information through YouTube and various events, striving to become "true heroes who protect the peace of children."
Our vision for 2026 is...
* Events in cooperation with local governments (like the traffic safety class, to deliver educational content to children)
* 2,000 annual event participants (1,100 in 2025)
* Media expansion (to increase influence on children by making Pumpkin Rangers' activities more widely known)
* Regular distribution of videos and TikTok content (to ensure speedy information dissemination and catch up with trends)
* Increase large-scale event appearances by 3 per year (to create opportunities for interaction with local children and parents)
We will dedicate ourselves to achieving these goals. Please look forward to the Pumpkin Rangers' activities, both in real life and through videos.
[What are the Pumpkin Rangers?]
They are original heroes born from the Seikokai Social Welfare Corporation's Little Pumpkins group.
Seikokai Social Welfare Corporation started its childcare business in Fukuoka Prefecture in Taisho 13 (1924) and is celebrating its 100th anniversary.
Under the philosophy of "creating new childcare" and with a perspective of "scientifically approaching childcare," we operate 8 nurseries and certified childcare centers in Kanto and 2 in Fukuoka, and engage in various childcare-related activities.
We continue to post childcare-related videos and song-and-dance videos on our YouTube channel and also continue our activities as a Sentai series called "Childcare Sentai Pumpkin Rangers."
The Pumpkin Rangers' activities aim to increase parent-child interaction time through exercises and interactive play.
Around 2020, primarily for families with young children, the chairman expressed a desire to "start initiatives that make childcare more enjoyable for children and parents." With this wish, we decided to deliver enjoyable time for parents and children, and it began as a corporate initiative.

[Pumpkin Rangers' Activities]
Beyond just communicating as childcare workers, we thought, "Let's do something that catches the eye of many people, as the heroes we admired in our childhood!" Recalling the strength of a handshake and the admiration we felt when attending hero shows as children, we started by uploading a series of videos featuring heroes.
What activities would further heighten children's admiration? Where can staff utilize their strengths and shine? With these thoughts, we not only update videos but also visit nurseries and perform hero shows not only within the corporation but also externally. While we used to be on the receiving end of hero shows, standing before children as both childcare workers and heroes made us realize the joy of bringing smiles to their faces.
Furthermore, we decided to give back to the community through these activities. With the cooperation of ward facilities and NPOs, we have conducted activities that appeal to a wide range of ages and can be enjoyed by parents and children.
To give courage and hope to many people, we are always conscious of our demeanor and participate in activities with passion. We value constantly thinking about how participants can enjoy themselves, such as adapting to the atmosphere of the venue, improvising, and choosing friendly songs that can be enjoyed by all age groups, without being bound by scripts or fixed flows.
[Pumpkin Rangers' Hero Suits]
However, in 2024, our fourth year of activity, increased exposure brought challenges. The most significant was their appearance. The Pumpkin Rangers' costumes were commercially available hero suits, and after four years of use, their durability declined, and sweat stains and the thinness of the fabric became noticeable. We were often pointed out by children, saying things like "Your gloves are dirty," "You're sweating," or "I can see the person inside," which made us feel apologetic more than once or twice.
At this rate, we might destroy children's dreams!
Therefore, starting in our fourth year of activity, we challenged crowdfunding to create more advanced, original hero suits.
[Image: Challenging crowdfunding in July 2024!]
It was a daily battle against pressure after starting the daunting project of raising 3.25 million yen in one month, but in the end, we received a total of 3,922,000 yen in support, significantly exceeding our target. We are filled with gratitude to everyone who cooperated with the project.
We were also particular about the design of the new suits. We solicited design proposals within the corporation, and a skilled staff member created a draft, suggesting "Let's include pumpkins because they are Pumpkins." Based on this, Yuzuki Nakamura, from an art vocational school in Tokyo, designed them.

For the suit production, we commissioned Rainbow Zoukei Kikaku Co., Ltd., a famous company that handles costumes for TV Sentai series.
And in January 2025, the long-awaited new suits, crafted with utmost care, were completed!

[Future Outlook]
Initially, the Pumpkin Rangers started with the concept of "helping childcare teachers," but as we interacted with children, we began to feel a desire to "bring more smiles to children." Currently, we uphold the mission of "bringing smiles to all children" and are focusing on videos, activities within our own nurseries, and external events.
Specifically, in cooperation with local governments, we use facilities where children and parents gather as a core to provide exercises and interactive play to local parenting families, offering stimulating time as "hero childcare workers" who are a bit different from "human childcare workers."
Furthermore, in our videos, we emphasize storytelling, aiming for content that makes future developments exciting and can become a topic of conversation for parents and children, fostering communication.
To meet the expectations of everyone who supported our crowdfunding and all who cheer for the Pumpkin Rangers, we will continue to engage with children passionately and strive to be a presence that gives them dreams and hope.
