Regarding the Business Transfer of Cram School "Matsuura Juku Nishiyama Tennozan School"

Seiki Co., Ltd. (Kyoto City / Representative & CEO: Yuki Sasaki), a comprehensive educational institution operating approximately 150 cram schools mainly in the Kansai region, announced that it has acquired the business of "Matsuura Juku Nishiyama Tennozan School" (Nagaokakyo City, Kyoto Prefecture) from Matsuura Kikaku Co., Ltd. (Kyoto City / Representative Director: Teppei Matsuura) as of April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).

This agreement was reached after repeated discussions between both parties regarding the future of school operations, based on their accumulated educational knowledge and operational know-how. Going forward, the school will be operated under the Seiki brand, aiming for further improvement of educational value in the region.
