Seibu Agri Co., Ltd., the Seibu Group's first agricultural company, received certification as an agricultural land ownership eligible corporation and has been engaged in farming since fiscal year 2021 using a part of the Seibu Group's land in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, which had been fallow for over 40 years. From June 2026, "Seibu Agri Park Tokorozawa" will grand open as a tourist farm where local residents can enjoy harvesting experiences and programs.
