A survey by Seed Planning, Inc. involving 500 online medical service users found that 34% prefer using consultation booths in pharmacies and drugstores for convenience and immediate prescription access. Urban residents expressed high interest in workplace locations (35%), while rural areas preferred public facilities. Following the revision of the Medical Service Act, these Reception Facilities are emerging as new healthcare infrastructure.
