AI-Powered Security Questionnaire Service 'SecureLight' Adds Permission Management for Team Collaboration

We are pleased to announce the implementation of a 'Permission Management Function' in our AI service 'SecureLight,' which automates and streamlines security questionnaire responses, to enhance the safety of collaborative work among multiple members. With this update, access permissions for SecureLight can now be finely tuned based on user roles. Previously, all users operated with identical permissions; however, this update introduces three distinct roles: Admin, Editor, and Viewer. This implementation ensures robust information security governance while enabling smooth collaboration for security questionnaire tasks. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce an 'Approval Workflow Function' to complete internal approval processes directly within the tool. We will continue to evolve our product to reduce communication costs associated with questionnaire response tasks. SecureLight generates automated responses by analyzing uploaded questionnaires using a company-specific database and AI. By leveraging past response history and internal rules, it covers 80-90% of questionnaires, significantly reducing work time. It centralizes scattered response data to eliminate reliance on specific individuals. When users input items that the AI could not answer, the data is reflected in the database, enabling automated responses for similar questions in the future.
