Together, they have launched the "Lease with Property Maintenance" service, utilizing a simplified screening model, for products such as SECURE's surveillance camera systems and access control systems. This partnership aims to significantly streamline the screening and decision-making process for lease contracts by integrating Mizuho Lease's TSU・NA・GU Portal system with SECURE's sales and proposal flow. ■Overview Previously, when SECURE requested credit assessment and screening from leasing companies, the decision typically took 3 to 7 business days. With this new integration, screening decisions can now be made in principle by the next business day, significantly reducing the lead time until lease implementation. Through the provision of this service, SECURE aims to strengthen its business foundation in the following ways: Lowering the barrier to adoption by reducing the burden of initial investment.
