Secure Inc. Forms Business Alliance with Mizuho Leasing, Launches "Lease with Property Maintenance" for Corporations Utilizing Simplified Screening Model

Secure Inc. (Headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Akira Nakamura; Securities Code: 8425; hereinafter "Mizuho Leasing") from the end of February 2026. They have commenced offering a "Lease with Property Maintenance" service for Secure's surveillance camera systems, access control systems, and other products, utilizing a simplified screening model.

The purpose of this alliance is to significantly streamline the screening and judgment process for lease contracts by linking Mizuho Leasing's TSU・NA・GU Portal system with Secure's sales and proposal flow.

Overview

Previously, when Secure requested credit and screening from a leasing company, the judgment typically took 3 to 7 business days. However, this new collaboration enables screening judgment, in principle, by the next business day, drastically shortening the lead time until lease introduction.

By providing this service, Secure aims to strengthen its business foundation in the following ways:

- Lowering the barrier to entry by reducing the initial investment burden. - Creating continuous revenue opportunities through a lease model that includes maintenance. - Improving sales productivity by streamlining the order process.
