As the representative herself worked as a secretary, she repeatedly witnessed how the presence of a secretary significantly changed the speed and quality of executive decision-making.

On the other hand, she also faced the reality of highly capable individuals giving up their careers due to childbirth and changes in life stages.

■ Current Initiatives

Our company plans to acquire a paid employment placement license in 2026, and we are working on training secretarial talent and matching them with executives, aiming to produce secretaries who can be active at a practical level.

Furthermore, beyond merely introducing talent, we aim to increase the number of "trusted secretaries" in society by providing training that emphasizes the secretary's mindset and professionalism.
