These information sessions will address these career path challenges by providing information on various options, as a multi-functional facility that comprehensively offers "employment transition support" and "independent living training (life skills training)." About the Information Session for Parents of Special Needs School Students These information sessions focus on the issue that it is often difficult for special needs school graduates to transition to general employment if they choose employment continuation support or daily living care as their post-graduation path. The purpose of these sessions is to prevent the next career path after graduation from narrowing the individual's potential and choices at an early stage. Social Square, as a multi-functional facility, provides phased support for improving living skills to adapt to environmental changes after graduation and preparing for employment. We emphasize steps tailored to each individual's characteristics and circumstances. These information sessions are held to directly convey our philosophy of support and concrete initiatives to parents, and to be utilized as an opportunity for consultation.
