Schoo Signs 'Schoo Mesh Partnership Agreement' with Hanwa Homes

Schoo Inc., a company driving social change through internet-based learning and education, has signed a 'Schoo Mesh Partnership Agreement' with Hanwa Homes Co., Ltd. to expand the reach of 'Schoo Mesh.' Under this partnership, the two companies will collaborate to develop and provide human resource training services utilizing the business conference center planned for construction and operation at the Osaka Prefectural Rinku Park (Central District) under the Park-PFI project. By combining Hanwa Homes' 'space creation' expertise with Schoo's 'education and talent development' capabilities, they aim to build a sustainable, community-rooted talent development infrastructure in the Sennan region of Osaka, in cooperation with local governments, businesses, and educational institutions. In December 2024, Hanwa Homes was selected as the project operator for the Rinku Park (Central District) under the Park-PFI system promoted by Osaka Prefecture. The area is being developed into a complex facility integrating sports, food, art, and business, featuring a beach sports stadium, restaurants, and a business conference center. Schoo has been creating learning opportunities tailored to regional challenges and industrial characteristics through 'Schoo Mesh' in collaboration with local governments, businesses, and educational institutions. This partnership aims to build a new talent development ecosystem utilizing public spaces by merging Hanwa Homes' know-how in 'space creation, facility development, and public project execution' with Schoo's expertise in 'education and talent development.' The companies will now proceed to concretize service content and operational structures for the joint deployment of 'Schoo Mesh' in the Sennan region, aiming to contribute to the expansion of learning opportunities across the entire area.
