Since its founding, Schoo has been active in the field of adult education under the mission of "eliminating graduation from the world." Through its online learning services, Schoo has supported individual learning while also helping to build a foundation for human resource development within companies.
In order to deliver learning opportunities to everyone, Schoo is expanding its service deployment beyond the Tokyo metropolitan area into regional areas in earnest, and the establishment of this subsidiary is part of that effort.
Through collaborative efforts with regional communities since 2015, we have felt that many regional companies and local governments face severe labor shortages and the cascading challenges that arise from them. Particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), there are many cases where specialized personnel or HR functions to handle recruitment and training are entirely lacking, leading to situations where organizational building itself cannot be sufficiently executed.
To address these issues, LoLLL will support the construction of organizational foundations in local regions through an accompanying BPO service that aids the launch and operation of HR functions, in addition to an HR introduction service that supports relocation and job changing. By approaching the issue from both the flow of human resources and organizational building, we aim to realize an environment where regional companies and local governments can grow sustainably.
The Schoo Group will strengthen a mechanism that integrally supports the growth of individuals and organizations by combining the construction of organizational foundations in regions by LoLLL with the learning services provided by Schoo.
