Scalehack Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Takehiro Kurata, hereinafter "Scalehack") has supported the exhibition operations of SmartHR Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masato Serizawa, hereinafter "SmartHR"), which provides the cloud HR and labor software "SmartHR," achieving a simultaneous 40% reduction in internal workload and maintenance of performance levels.

Amidst challenges such as strained internal resources and increased burden on other departments due to over 60 exhibition participations annually, Scalehack deeply committed to the exhibition sites based on its profound understanding of SaaS products. They established a system that handles everything from attracting visitors to customer interaction, demo explanations, and deal conversion.

As a result, internal resources for exhibition operations were reduced by approximately 40%, and in some exhibitions, independent operation was achieved with only SmartHR's event staff and Scalehack. This established a reproducible operational model that can consistently generate results while minimizing input effort.

This press release introduces the full scope of initiatives that transformed exhibition operations from a "quantity-focused" to a "quality-focused" approach, achieving both efficiency and maximum results.

Interview with Mr. Watanabe of SmartHR Inc. (excerpt)

◾️Evaluation and Impressions of the Support

Frankly speaking, I feel their sales capabilities are extremely high. Multiple members in charge of event marketing have also voiced that it was "very good," making them a reliable presence for booth negotiations.

What is particularly impressive is their ability to handle everything from attracting visitors at the front of the booth to explanations within the booth, all in one go. Since they are flexible and move according to the situation rather than working in silos, I feel they are contributing directly to the overall results of the booth.

Furthermore, we highly value that they don't just perform assigned roles but are strongly committed to achieving the overall goals of the event initiatives. The fact that they achieve results while being mindful of targets and the quality of negotiations, rather than just pursuing the number of appointments, is a strength unique to Scalehack.

Our initial objective was to reduce internal resources for exhibition operations, but the greater achievement we feel is the improvement in operational stability and reproducibility.

In some exhibitions, operations can be managed with "only the event manager and Scalehack," realizing a system that can operate without problems while minimizing internal resources.

Regarding input effort and accuracy, Scalehack's project leaders provide sufficient input time through training and role-playing, so after the initial setup, operations can proceed with almost no prior meeting time.
