Scaled Agile Leads Japanese Companies from 'Management OS' Implementation to Autonomous Evolution - Domestic Launch of Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) Top Training Course

【April 27, 2026】Scaled Agile-Japan LLC (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Executive Officer: Tatsuro Koba), the Japanese subsidiary of Scaled Agile, Inc. (US Headquarters: Boulder, Colorado, CEO: Steve Maytham), which provides SAFe® (pronounced: Safe), the world's standard business system for business agility, will begin offering the Japanese version of the "Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (ASPC)" advanced training course. This course is designed for SPCs (SAFe Practice Consultants) who lead organizational transformation to acquire more advanced practical skills.

This course is an advanced practical training that enables transformation leaders to continuously update their roles and enhance their contributions to the organization in an era of rapid change. As the first phase of its domestic expansion, Scaled Agile-Japan will co-host Japan's first Japanese version of this advanced training course with TDC Soft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "TDC Soft") starting May 25, 2026.

Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC)

■ Background of Introduction: Beyond Formal Transformation, Towards "True Adaptability" to Drive Complex Organizations

Currently, many Japanese companies are promoting DX and AI utilization, but many of these initiatives remain at the level of "formal optimization," such as the introduction of frameworks and tools. However, what determines the success of transformation is the practical ability to derive concrete solutions and complete the transformation in response to "unseen complex realities" such as uncertain management environments and organizational cultures for which there are no predefined answers.

In Japan, many organizations, including major banks, automobile manufacturers, and telecom companies, are driving large-scale transformations using SAFe®, and the number of SPC holders in Japan has exceeded 400. In many organizations, SAFe has already been implemented as a "management OS" and is starting to show results. As the market matures, the next important theme is to adapt this OS to more complex company-wide challenges and to firmly establish steadily progressing transformation as a "culture of continuous autonomous evolution." This course is an advanced training for leaders who are already promoting implementation at the management level to further refine their practical knowledge and guide the organization's evolution to the next stage.

Deepening Partnership with Management Decision-Makers: Participants will learn how to further deepen dialogues from a management-level perspective, more strongly synchronize implemented SAFe with overall organizational decision-making, and maximize SAFe's functions as a management OS.

Customizing SAFe According to Organizational Context: Participants will acquire best practices and guidance for optimizing SAFe according to the organization's unique situation and business environment, and refine their practical skills to reconfigure it into the optimal form for their company.

Optimizing Portfolio Flow and Deepening LPM Practice: Through new specialized guidance, participants will further excel in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practice, deepening their knowledge to maximize the seamless flow of value from strategy to execution.
