(Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Naoyuki Hashimoto; hereinafter "Funai Soken Supply Chain Consulting") announces that it has transitioned to a new management structure as of March 27, 2026, aimed at further strengthening its business foundation and expanding its operations.

In this new structure, Takataka Kawachiya has been promoted to Director, and Noriyasu Shoji has been appointed as Director. These appointments aim to sophisticated management control systems and strongly promote the expansion of Digital Transformation (DX) consulting, which is an urgent challenge.

Furthermore, Koichi Takeda from the group company LogiCreate Co., Ltd. has been appointed as Director to create high synergy effects through deepened collaboration within the group. Simultaneously, Nobuko Nakajima has been appointed as Auditor to achieve further improvements in governance and compliance by incorporating objective external perspectives.
