Funai Soken Supply Chain Consulting Co., Ltd. (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Naoyuki Hashimoto; hereinafter referred to as "Funai Soken Supply Chain Consulting") announces that it transitioned to a new management structure on March 27, 2026, with the aim of further strengthening its management base and expanding its business.
Under this new system, with the promotion of Yoshitaka Kouchitani to Director and the appointment of Noriyasu Shoji as Director, we will enhance our management system and strongly promote the expansion of our urgent DX (Digital Transformation) consulting domain.
Additionally, Koichi Takeda from our group company, LogiCreate Co., Ltd., has been appointed as a Director, aiming to create high synergy effects through deeper collaboration among group companies. Concurrently, Nobuko Nakajima's appointment as an Auditor will further improve our governance and compliance system by incorporating an objective external perspective.
