This expansion will further strengthen our claims service system, which handles accident response and insurance payments, and improve our comfortable work environment, accelerating the provision of higher quality and more stable services.

Background of Osaka Office Expansion

Since its establishment in 2008, the Osaka office has been a vital hub supporting our business operations in the Western Japan region, advancing service operations and expanding our personnel structure.

In recent years, our organization has grown to further improve the quality of customer service. It was anticipated that securing adequate office space would become difficult in the traditional office as we continue to recruit and train employees.

Based on this situation, we have decided to expand the Osaka office. This will allow us to balance organizational growth and workplace environment enhancement for the future, while also building a system where each employee can achieve high performance and deliver superior service quality to our customers.

Effects of Osaka Office Expansion

In addition to increasing seating capacity, this expansion will enhance shared spaces such as a refresh room, based on employee requests. For claims service operations, where rapid information sharing and collaboration within and between teams are crucial, we will work to strengthen organizational capabilities and response capacity through revitalized communication. Furthermore, by improving the work environment, we aim to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, thereby increasing productivity and customer service quality, and realizing a "virtuous cycle of improved employee satisfaction and improved customer satisfaction."

The expanded Osaka office will serve as a base for approximately 30% of the entire Claims Service Department (based on seating capacity). By further decentralizing functions with the Tokyo office, we will establish a system that can continue to respond to customers stably even in emergencies such as natural disasters or large-scale disruptions, striving to ensure and further improve business continuity, which is our social responsibility as an insurance company.
