Dr. Morikawa also mentioned that with the expanding demand for aesthetic medicine, cases of overtreatment can become an issue, stating, "While empathizing with the patient's ideals, it is crucial to determine appropriate treatment intensity and frequency based on skin structure and treatment response." He further emphasized the importance of a "holistic treatment design" perspective, which involves not just selecting individual procedures, but also how multiple treatments are combined and in what order they are performed.
