When categorized, Japanese women's skin concerns amount to approximately 2,800 types. While there are "generally recognized skin concerns" that companies invest heavily in, there are also "niche skin concerns" that rarely receive attention. This is because these are "niche markets," like small islands scaled down on a map, where the probability of products that can solve these concerns appearing on the market is low, leaving these skin concerns unaddressed.

To create cosmetics that can truly solve these niche concerns, the passion and perspective of "individuals who understand these concerns more deeply than anyone else" are indispensable.

However, most of these individuals, even if they want to create cosmetics that help people with the same concerns, lack the capital and know-how.

Therefore, our company officially launched the "WITH BRAND Project" in 2020 as the optimal means to bring truly necessary cosmetics, born from the voices of these individuals, into the world.

Through this project, we are implementing various initiatives to enable individuals without capital or know-how to create products that truly solve skin concerns and bring them to the world.

In terms of funding, we make it possible to create original formulation cosmetics from "small lots" with a flexible manufacturing system, significantly reducing the financial burden on individuals.

In terms of know-how, we hold monthly study sessions called "D2C Academy." We provide seminars on skin and formulation knowledge by our development department staff, as well as program education for operating a brand. Participants can learn the entire process of "productizing, launching a brand, and selling via D2C" at the academy and actually operate their brand while consulting with professionals.
