This blend primarily uses Ethiopian beans from producer Niguse Gemeda, who has won the international coffee competition "Cup of Excellence." It is a medium-dark roast blend that brings out the rich flavors of Ethiopia, offering a harmonious balance of pleasant acidity and sweetness. Its distinctive features include a gently spreading floral aroma, a soft and rich sweetness reminiscent of ripe apricots, and a mellow mouthfeel.
