(Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture / President and Representative Director: Katsuki Goto), the "Seijo Ishii x Sarutahiko Coffee Silky Blend Drip Bag," in November 2024, which was well received. As the second installment, we have developed the "Seijo Ishii x Sarutahiko Coffee Mocha Harmony Blend Drip Bag," which will go on sale from Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Seijo Ishii stores nationwide*. ◾Collaboration 2nd Installment! Seijo Ishii x Sarutahiko Coffee Mocha Harmony Blend Drip Bag

We mainly use Ethiopian beans from Mr. Niguse Gemeda, a producer who has won the international coffee bean competition "Cup of Excellence". Taking advantage of the rich flavor of Ethiopia, we have created a medium-dark roast blend where you can enjoy the harmony of pleasant acidity and sweetness. It is accented with a softly spreading floral aroma, and is characterized by a gentle and rich sweetness reminiscent of ripe apricots and a mellow mouthfeel.
