Sanyo Shokai, Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshinori Hirabayashi) will open "SANYO Style STORE PLUS," a new format store for its women's apparel brand multi-brand shop "SANYO Style STORE (Sanyo Style Store)," on September 16, 2026 (Wed.) at "Aeon Mall Okazaki" (Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture) as part of its sales channel strategy in its medium-term management plan (Fiscal Years 2026-2028).
"SANYO Style STORE PLUS" is a new store format developed for commercial facilities, primarily suburban shopping malls. In addition to the existing women's brands "AMACA," "EVEX by KRIZIA," and "TRANS WORK," the product lineup will include new lines with accessible price points, such as the new line "Le Jour" newly developed for the shopping mall market. This store will also implement the "TRY&PICK" in-store fitting service. This service allows customers to have items from various brands in our stores and on our EC site sent to a designated store for fitting and purchase. It was introduced at "SANYO Style STORE" locations in 2023. The service supports the ordering of Sanyo Shokai brands not carried in the same mall (excluding some brands), strengthening the integration of EC and stores as a hub for our OMO services.

To respond to this market environment, Sanyo Shokai has been developing "SANYO Style STORE," a multi-brand concept shop, since 2023 to meet diverse customer needs.

Suburban shopping malls differ from department stores in terms of customer lifestyles, purchasing behavior, and price sensitivity. Therefore, we have developed a new format, "SANYO Style STORE PLUS," which redesigns the "SANYO Style STORE" concept, primarily developed for department stores. We have developed new lines with revised price points for existing brands and introduced product assortments tailored to market characteristics. This improves the convenience of the "TRY&PICK" in-store fitting service, launched in 2023, allowing customers to experience a wider range of brands. This service enables flexible utilization of store and EC inventory by allowing customers to order items from store and EC inventory to a designated store for fitting and purchase.
3. "SANYO RE: PROJECT" Collection of Unused Sanyo Shokai Products
