Sanwa Estate starts operating wrapped buses with a new design that blends into the city

Real estate asset management company Sanwa Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-chome, Hakataeki-minami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, President: Masahiro Tashiro) has renewed the design of its wrapped buses and commenced operation in April 2026. These wrapped buses operate mainly in the "Hakata Station - Tenjin - Sakurazaka - Ozasa" area, serving as an advertising medium that catches the eyes of many people during their daily commutes.

The new design is centered around the blue gradient of our company logo. We aimed for a visual that naturally blends into the city landscape while leaving a lasting impression. It imparts a soft impression to viewers while expressing our reliability and sincerity as a corporation.
