Sanko Seika Co., Ltd. (Location: Niigata City, Kita Ward, hereinafter "the Company") will hold its first collaborative fair, "Sanko Seika x Toriichizu Fair," with FS.shake Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuta Endo), the operator of the izakaya chain "Toriichizu." The fair will run from July 6, 2026 (Mon) to the end of August. A total of five limited-edition menu items, made using the Company's long-selling products "Cheese Almond" and "Yuki no Yado," as well as "Sanko no Kaki no Tane," recommended as a snack with drinks, will be offered at 11 stores: 10 in Tokyo and 1 in Niigata.
Background of the Project: Proposing New Ways to Enjoy Rice Crackers - Pursuing Compatibility with Alcohol
Under its corporate brand slogan, "Make Wow Moments. Let's create moments of joy!", the Company planned this collaborative fair as part of its initiative to deliver new "Wow" moments to customers' daily lives.
This collaboration marks the Company's first full-scale initiative with an izakaya chain. To convey the other side of our products, which are familiar as snacks and tea accompaniments at home and in the office, as "bar food" to more people, we will propose the appeal and value of our products in drinking scenes through cooperation with "Toriichizu," a popular izakaya enjoyed by many customers nationwide. We hope that even those who do not usually eat rice crackers will take this opportunity to try "Cheese Almond," "Yuki no Yado," and "Sanko no Kaki no Tane."
*Please refrain from drinking alcohol if you are under 20 years of age, do not drink and drive, and avoid alcohol during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

A New Challenge to Expand Brand Potential
Since its founding in 1962, the Company has delivered happiness to customers' lives through various products, including long-selling items such as "Yuki no Yado" (released in 1977) and "Cheese Almond" (released in 1985). In recent years, we have been actively developing initiatives that propose new ways to enjoy our products, such as cross-industry collaborations utilizing our brands, joint projects with the snack industry through "Mama no Ichioshi," and the "Cheese Almond" pop-up bar in 2024.
Through this collaboration, we aim to create product value that transcends traditional usage scenarios and expand recognition among new customer segments. Furthermore, based on the results of this initiative, we will actively consider the potential for collaborations with various industries and business formats in the future, and work to further discover and cultivate the appeal of our brands.
