Sankei Building Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Otemachi, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazunobu Iijima) is pleased to announce the commencement of construction for the multi-tenant logistics facility "(Tentative Name) SANKEILOGI Kawaguchi Ryoke EAST," which is being developed in a joint venture with JA Mitsui Leasing Building Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Ginza, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masaki Kudo).

Located approximately 2.3 km from the "Shibahashi IC" and approximately 1.7 km from the "Higashi Ryoke IC" on the Shuto Expressway Kawaguchi Line, enabling rapid delivery to the city center. It also functions as a wide-area hub.

Located 11 minutes by bus from the east exit of JR "Akabane Station," this location is advantageous for securing employees. The operational design allows for the addition of vertical conveyors.
