This product implements our advanced cooling technology into Stand-by Corporation's popular model, "Triple Crane Theater 2." By combining the strengths of both companies, this machine overcomes challenges such as frost accumulation inside the cabinet and uneven temperatures in conventional frozen crane game machines. It will begin general operation on April 28th at 30 stores nationwide, from Tohoku to Kyushu, operated by Third Planet Co., Ltd., a group company of Stand-by Corporation.

Background of Development

According to a survey by the Japan Amusement Industry Association (JAIA), the crane game market has reached approximately 300 billion yen and continues to grow steadily since the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, conventional frozen crane game machines faced challenges such as "frost accumulating inside the cabinet, making prizes invisible" and "quality degradation due to uneven temperatures." Therefore, our company, which operates the "Do Hiemon" frozen vending machine with over 10,000 units sold, collaborated with Stand-by Corporation to apply its advanced cooling technology to amusement equipment. This led to the birth of "Do Hiemon Catcher," which achieves both high entertainment value and professional-grade quality control.

Cooling Technology "Air Curtain" Maintains Freshness. Prevents Degradation of Ice Cream and High-Grade Meat

The "air curtain" cooling technology, also used in lidless ice cream cases found in convenience stores, is adopted. Cold air is circulated by a fan to create an air wall, allowing the internal temperature to be frozen down to -20℃ (at an outside temperature of 30℃ and relative humidity of 70% or less) even without a physical lid. This also prevents glass fogging and frost accumulation on prizes, always providing a clear view to maximize the appeal of the products. Delicate items such as ice cream and high-grade meat can be offered without degradation.
